IGBT用双组分加成型有机硅凝胶的研制

以端乙烯基甲基硅油为基础聚合物,添加含氢硅油、铂催化剂、抑制剂等制得双组分加成型有机硅凝胶.考察了端侧乙烯基甲基硅油、端侧氢基硅油、单乙烯基封端甲基硅油、活性氢与乙烯基物质的量之比对有机硅凝胶固化的影响,并与市售进口产品进行了性能对比.结果表明,制备绝缘栅双极晶体管(IGBT)封装用有机硅凝胶的较佳条件为:不添加端侧乙烯基甲基硅油,端侧氢基硅油用量为端氢基硅油的15%,体系中添加9.47%的单乙烯基封端甲基硅油,活性氢与乙烯基物质的量之比0.95.此时制得的有机硅凝胶与市售进口产品性能相当,耐高低温老化性能、双85老化性能、修复性、电气性能良好,渗油性符合IGBT封装用有机硅凝胶的要求.
Preparation of Two-Component Additional Silicone Gel for IGBT
Two-component additional silicone gel was prepared by vinyl-terminated methyl silicone oil as the base polymer,and hydrogen silicone oil,platinum catalyst,inhibitor.The effects of the ratio of end side vinyl silicone oil,end side hydrogen silicone oil,mono vinyl-terminated methyl silicone oil,active hydrogen and vinyl substance on the curing of silicone gel were in-vestigated,and the properties were compared with those of imported products.The results show that the optimum conditions for preparing silicone gel for insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT)packaging were that no end side vinyl silicone oil.The amount of end hydrogen silicone oil is 15 wt%,9.47 wt%of monovinyl terminated methyl silicone oil in the system,with active hydro-gen to vinyl(ratio of 0.95).The silicone gel prepared is equivalent to the imported products,and it performs well in terms of high and low temperature aging resistance,85℃/85%RH aging performance,repair ability,electrical performance.The oil per-meability meets the requirements of silicone gel for IGBT packaging.
