甲基苯基环硅氧烷的制备及表征

摘要
以甲基苯基二甲氧基硅烷为原料、氢氧化钠为水解催化剂、氢氧化锂为裂解催化剂,经水解缩合、裂解和蒸馏制得甲基苯基环硅氧烷(DnPh).采用红外光谱、飞行时间质谱、气相色谱表征了产物结构及组成,并探讨了裂解反应催化剂种类和用量对甲基苯基环硅氧烷收率的影响.结果表明,成功合成了甲基苯基环硅氧烷;产物主要组分为D3Ph、D4Ph和D5Ph,此外还含有D6Ph和D7Ph组分.裂解反应的催化剂选择氢氧化锂较佳,氢氧化锂的适宜用量为0.05%,此时甲基苯基环硅氧烷收率为91%.
Abstract
Methylphenylcyclosiloxanes was synthesized by hydrolysis condensation,pyrolysis,and distillation with methyl-phenyldimethoxysilane as the raw material,sodium hydroxide as the catalyst,and lithium hydroxide as the cracking catalyst.The structure and composition of synthetic products were characterized by FT-JR,time-of-flight(TOF)mass spectrum and GC,and the influence of catalyst types and content on the yield of methylphenylcyclosiloxanes was explored.The results indicate that methylphenylcyclosiloxane has been successfully synthesized,whose main components are D3Ph,D4Ph and D5Ph,besides D6Ph and D7Ph.The optimal catalyst for pyrolysis is lithium hydroxide(0.05wt%)and the product reaches the yield of 91%.
