硅烷改性聚醚密封胶应变疲劳性能研究

以4种硅烷改性聚醚(MS)密封胶为研究对象,考察了其在不同条件下的应变疲劳性能.结果表明,剪切应变频率对MS密封胶的使用寿命无明显影响,但会显著影响测试时长,剪切应变频率选择10 Hz较佳;平均应变越大,MS密封胶的使用寿命越短.在应变比固定为0.1的条件下,当平均应变不超过1.25 mm时,4种MS密封胶在1 000万次循环应变后无破坏;经ISO 9142:2003中D4曲线环境老化后,4种MS密封胶使用寿命仍大于1 000万次,剪切强度有一定程度下降,剪切断裂伸长率明显增大,4#MS密封胶出现了与基材脱粘的现象,但其环境老化后的剪切强度保持率高于80%;MS密封胶应变疲劳性能测试结果可为MS密封胶应用于轨道车辆、航空等领域缝隙填充密封时的相关设计工作提供参考.
Study on Strain Fatigue Properties of Silane Modified Polyether Sealant
The study investigated the strain fatigue properties of 4 types of silane-modified polyether(MS)sealants under different conditions.The results indicate that the shear strain frequency will not change the service life of MS sealant,but it will significantly change the duration.It is advisable to select a shear strain frequency of 10 Hz.The greater the average strain,the shorter the service life of MS sealant.With a fixed strain ratio of 0.1,MS sealants show no damage after 10 million cycles of strain when the average strain is not exceed 1.25 mm.After D4 curve environmental aging according to ISO standard 9142:2003,4 types of MS sealant has the service life of exceed 10 million cycles,a modest decrease in shear strength and a marked increase in shear fracture elongation.The shear strength declines a little,and the shear break elongation increaseds significantly,MS seal-ant 4# has been disbonded from the substrate,yet the shear strength retention rate exceeds 80%after aging.The MS sealant strain fatigue test provides references for the design of MS sealant applied in rail vehicles,aviation and other fields.
