Discussion on Influence Factors of Viscosity in Preparation of 107 Silicone Rubber From Hydrolysates
α,ω-dihydroxypolydimethylsiloxane was prepared with Me2SiCl2 hydrolysate as raw material by alkaline catalytic equilibrium reaction.The factors on the viscosity of dihydroxypoly dimethylsiloxane were discussed,which was including hydroly-sate,potassium hydroxide,degradation water,temperature and nitrogen gas.Based on the practical experience,the solutions are summarized when the viscosity of the products cannot go as expected or the polymerization time exceeds.
