复合绝缘子用硅橡胶材料运行性能研究

为掌握目前复合绝缘子用硅橡胶材料的运行状况,梳理了近年来国网公司送检的运行复合绝缘子伞套材料的各项性能试验数据,包括电气性能、机械性能和其他特殊性能等,研究了硅橡胶材料在输电线路运行过程中的性能变化.重点从运行电压等级、运行环境和运行年限3 个维度进行对比,结合傅里叶变换红外光谱和热失重分析,分别阐述它们对复合绝缘子伞套材料老化的影响程度与规律.结果显示:在影响伞套材料使用寿命的因素中,运行环境居首,电压等级无显著影响,运行年限增长导致各类老化因素逐步积累.
Study on Operating Performance of Silicone Rubber for Composite Insulator
The article studied the performance of silicone rubber,analyzed the various datas of composite insulator sheds submitted by State Grid Corporation in recent years,including electrical,mechanical and other special properties.The insulators were compared in operating voltage,operating environment,and running years,and analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spec-troscopy and thermogravimetric analysis.The effects on the aging of composite insulator sheds were described.The results show that the operating environment most affects the service life of the shed,while the voltage has no significant impact,and the in-creasing running years leads to the gradual accumulation of various aging factors.
