含氢硅油对氟硅密封剂性能影响

研究了不同种类的含氢硅油对脱氢型氟硅密封剂力学性能、耐介质性能及耐热性能的影响.结果表明,甲基含氢硅油作交联剂时密封剂力学性能较好,随着活性氢质量分数的增加,拉伸强度和硬度上升,断裂伸长率下降;采用含氢氟硅油作交联剂时,密封剂的耐介质性能相对最好;苯基含氢硅油作交联剂时,氟硅密封剂的耐热性能相对最好.
Effect of Hydrogenated Silicone Oil on the Performance of Fluorosilicone Sealant
The effects of different types of hydrogenated silicone oil on the mechanical properties,oil resistance and heat re-sistance of fluorosilicone sealants were investigated.The results show that the sealant has good mechanical properties when methyl hydrogenated silicone oil was used as cross-linking agent.The tensile strength and hardness of the sealant has been improved with the increase of active hydrogen,while the elongation at break is vice versa.When hydrogenated fluorosilicone oil is used as cross-linking agent,the sealant has relatively good medium resistance.When phenyl hydrogenated silicone oil is used as cross-linking agent,the fluorosilicone sealant has relatively good heat resistance.
