以自制苯基乙烯基硅油、苯基侧含氢硅油和甲基端含氢硅油为主要原料制备了一种低黏度、高透明和耐低温的有机硅凝胶.研究了体系中苯基含量、乙烯基含量、端SiH基与侧SiH基含氢量之比对硅凝胶性能的影响,并探讨了催化剂用量与硅凝胶固化温度、固化时间的关系以及对黄变性能的影响.研究发现,选用苯基含量为8%的苯基乙烯基硅油可兼顾硅凝胶的透光率和耐低温性能,而乙烯基含量越低、端SiH基与侧SiH基含氢量之比越高,对应的苯基硅凝胶的锥入度越深.当催化剂质量分数选择 0.01%~0.02%时,硅凝胶在80℃×72h条件下未发生黄变,由此可制备出一系列不同锥入度、耐低温且耐黄变的苯基硅凝胶,其有望应用于LED显示屏的封装保护.
Preparation of Low Temperature Resistance of Silicone Gels
A silicone gel with low-viscosity,high-transparency and low-temperature resistance was prepared by self-made phenylvinyl silicone oil,phenyl side hydrogen silicone oil and methyl hydrogen silicone oil as the materials.The effects of phenyl,vinyl,ratio of terminal SiH groups to side SiH groups on properties of the gel were studied,and the relationship between catalyst with curing temperature and time of silicone gel and its influence on yellowing properties were discussed.It was found that when 8%phenyl vinyl silicone oil was selected,the transparency and low temperature resistance of the silicone gel could meet the requirements.The lower the vinyl content,the higher the hydrogen content ratio of the end SiH to the side SiH,and the lower the cone penetration of the corresponding phenyl silicone gel.When the mass fraction of catalyst is 0.01wt%-0.02wt%,the gel does not turn yellow at 80℃for 72 h.Therefore,the series of phenyl silicone gel has been prepared with different cone penetration,low temperature resistance and yellowing resistance,which are expected to be applied in LED encapsulation.
