Preparation of Branched Amino Silicone Oil and its Application in Fabric Finishing Agent
The branched amino silicone oil was prepared by the following five methods:1)P1 was prepared by reacting ami-noethylaminopropyl trimethoxysilane as silane coupling agent and hydroxyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane;2)P2 was prepared by reacting aminoethyl aminopropyl methyldimethoxysilane,methyltrimethoxysilane,and hydroxyl terminated polydimethylsilox-ane;3)methyltrimethoxysilane and aminoethylaminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane were used to prepare amino silicone resin I1;then P3 was prepared by the equilibrium reaction between silicone resin and hydroxyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane;4)Firstly,vinyldimethylsiloxane was prepared,and then it reacted with hexamethylcyclotrisiloxane to obtain single terminated silylhydroxy polysiloxane,which would reacted with aminoethyl aminopropyl trimethoxysilane to obtain silane intermediate I2.Finally,I2 reac-ted with hydroxy terminated polydimethylsiloxane to obtain P4;5)The single-ended hydroxyl siloxane was obtained as step 4,and then reacted with methyl trimethoxysilane to obtain an intermediate I3,which reacted with aminoethyl aminopropyl methyl dime-thoxysilane and hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane to obtain P5.The silicone oil emulsions with the same particle size were obtained by nonionic emulsifier,and were used to finish polyester fabrics.The results show that the emulsions prepared with P4 and P5 have excellent softening finishing,and have good performance in softness and looseness.
