单组分室温固化有机硅防水剂乳液的制备及性能研究

摘要
以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷、MQ硅树脂、甲基三乙氧基硅烷(MTES)、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚-3、十二烷基硫酸钠为主要原料,利用机械乳化法制得单组分室温固化有机硅防水剂乳液,并用于水泥基材料的防水,研究了基础聚合物黏度、MQ硅树脂用量、MTES用量、乳化剂用量对有机硅防水剂乳液性能的影响.结果表明,当α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷黏度为 20 000 mPa·s,MQ硅树脂质量分数为 6%,MTES质量分数为7%,复配乳化剂质量分数为10%时,所得有机硅防水剂乳液的性能较佳,其处理的水泥基材料吸水率比为6.32%,贮存12 个月无分层.
Abstract
One-component room temperature vulcanized(RTV-1)silicone waterproof emulsion was prepared by ɑ,ω-di-hydroxy polydimethylsiloxane,MQ silicone resin,methyl triethoxysilane(MTES),polyoxyethylene lauryl ether-3,and sodium dodecyl sulfate as the main raw materials by mechanical emulsification,and it was used for waterproofing of cement-based materi-als.The effects of viscosity of polymer,content of MQ silicone resin,MTES and emulsifier on the performance of silicone water-proof emulsifier were studied.The results indicate that when the viscosity of ɑ,ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane is 20 000 mPa·s,the mass fraction of MQ silicone resin is 6％,MTES is 7％,and the mass fraction of compound emulsifier is 10％,the obtained silicone waterproof emulsion exhibits optimal performance.The water absorption ratio of the cement-based material treated with this emulsion is 6.32％,and no stratification occurs after12 months of storage.
