Study on the diagnostic value of CP,Cys-C,RBP and their combined detection in chronic kidney disease of Uygur people in Kashgar region
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of urinary exosome ceruloplasmin(CP),serum cystatin C(Cys-C),retinol binding protein(RBP)and their combined detection in early chronic kidney disease(CKD)of Uygur people in Kashgar region. Methods 225 Uygur CKD patients who visited the First People's Hospital of Kashgar from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected and included in CKD group. In addition,186 Uyghur examinees who underwent health examina-tions at the physical examination center during the same period were selected as health control group. And then, urinary exo-some CP,serum Cys-C and RBP values of the 2 groups were collected.Logistic regression analysis was used to identify the factors influencing early CKD,and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn to analyze the clinical diagnostic efficacy of CP,Cys-C,RBP,and their combined detection for early CKD.Results Compared with the healthy control group, the serum albumin,C-reactive protein, blood urea, and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of the CKD group were signifi-cantly increased(P<0.05),and the glomerular filtration rate was reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the healthy control group, the expressions of urinary exosome CP,serum Cys-C and RBP in the CKD group were all significantly increased(P<0.001).Logistic regression analysis showed that urinary exosome CP,serum Cys-C,and RBP were independent factors af-fecting early CKD(P<0.001).ROC analysis showed that, compared with urinary exosome CP,serum Cys-C,and RBP,the AUC and specificity of combined detection(parallel)in diagnosing early CKD were significantly increased. Conclusion Urinary exosome CP,serum Cys-C and RBP are significantly increased in early CKD patients.Urinary exosome CP,ser-um Cys-C and RBP can be used to diagnose early CKD,but their combined diagnosis(parallel)has higher efficacy, which provides a reference for early diagnosis of CKD.
