血府逐瘀汤对高血压患者血压水平及血管内皮功能的影响

摘要
目的 探析血府逐瘀汤对高血压患者血压水平及血管内皮功能的影响.方法 采用前瞻性研究,选取医院2022年1月—2023年6月收治的高血压患者90例作为研究对象,以随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各45例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组加用血府逐瘀汤治疗,持续治疗3个月,比较两组临床疗效、血压(舒张压、收缩压)以及血管内皮功能[一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)].结果 观察组总有效率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组治疗3个月后,收缩压、舒张压均下降,且相较于对照组,观察组下降更显著(P＜0.05);NO上升、ET-1下降,相较于对照组,观察组变化更显著(P＜0.05).结论 血府逐瘀汤治疗高血压患者效果显著,可有效调节血压水平,改善血管内皮功能.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on blood pressure levels and vascular endothelial functions in hypertensive patients.Methods A prospective study was conducted,90 hypertensive patients admitted to hos-pital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as study subjects,and they were divided into control group and observa-tion group by randomized numerical method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group were given conventional treat-ment,and based on which the observation group were treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.Both groups were continuously treated for 3 months.And then,clinical efficacy,blood pressure(diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure),and vascular endothelial functions(nitric oxide[NO]and endothelin-1[ET-1])of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and difference was statistically signifi-cant(P＜0.05).After 3 months of treatment,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure decreased,and compared with the control group,decrease in the observation group was more significant(P＜0.05);NO increased and ET-1 de-creased,and compared to the control group,the changes in the observation group were more significant(P＜0.05).Conclu-sion The effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in treating hypertensive patients is remarkable,which can effectively regulate the blood pressure levels and improve the endothelial functions.
