儿童青少年1型糖尿病患者生活质量现状及影响因素分析

摘要
目的 了解儿童青少年 1 型糖尿病(T1DM)患者的生活质量现状及影响因素,为采取有效干预措施提高患者的生活质量提供参考依据.方法 选取 2020 年 1 月—2023 年 12 月在百色市某三甲医院内分泌科住院治疗的 70例儿童青少年T1DM患者为研究对象,采用糖尿病患者生活质量特异性量表评估患者的生活质量,采用单因素和多因素分析影响患者生活质量的因素.结果 70 例儿童青少年T1DM患者的生活质量得分为(79.19±12.29)分,处于中等水平.多元线性回归分析结果显示,不同居住地、是否为独生子女、胰岛素给药方式、疾病病耻感、积极面对及屈服面对方式是儿童青少年T1DM患者生活质量的独立影响因素(均P＜0.05).结论 儿童青少年T1DM患者的生活质量处于中等水平,医护人员可针对影响患者生活质量的因素采取积极的干预措施,从而提高患者的生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To understand the status and influencing factors of quality of life in children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1DM),so as to provide reference for taking effective intervention measures to improve the quality of life of them.Methods A total of 70 children and adolescents with T1DM who were hospitalized in the Department of En-docrinology of a national comprehensive three A-level hospital in Baise City from January 2020 to December 2023 were select-ed as research objects.The quality of life of the patients was evaluated by the diabetes-specific quality of life scale,and the factors affecting the quality of life of the patients were analyzed by univariate and multivariate analysis.Results The quality of life score of the 70 children and adolescents with T1DM was(79.19±12.29)points,which was at a moderate level.The results of multivariate linear regression analysis showed that different residences,whether an only child,the mode of insulin administration,the sense of stigma associated with the disease,and the ways of active and passive coping were independent factors affecting the quality of life of children and adolescents with T1DM(all P＜0.05).Conclusion The quality of life of children and adolescents with T1DM is at a medium level,healthcare professionals can take active intervention measures to improve the quality of life of patients by addressing factors that affect their quality of life.
