Application effect of"Internet+"mobile nursing mode in whole-course care and nursing among patients with cancer pain
Objective To explore the relevant application effect of"Internet+"mobile nursing mode on patients.Meth-ods 84 patients with cancer pain admitted to Ward One of Oncology Department of Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as research objects.They were divided into control group(42 cases)and intervention group(42 cases)according to the order of admission.The control group were given routine education treatment for 3 months,and based on which the intervention group were given whole-course care and nursing mode through the Internet for 3 months.The clinical effects of the two groups were evaluated by comparing the drug compliance,incidence of pain outbreak,awareness of cancer pain treatment,self-efficacy and other indicators.Results The scores of medication compliance,awareness of cancer pain treatment and self-efficacy in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of outbreak pain in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,so differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion"Internet+"mobile nursing mode can effectively improve patients'awareness of cancer pain treat-ment,medicationcomplianceandself-efficacy,relievepatients'pain,reducetheincidenceofpainoutbreak,andimprove patients'quality of life.This model is simple,easy to operate,economical and effective,and worthy of clinical promotion.
