新型单水口PDC钻头在铀矿地质钻探中的适用性研究

北方地区铀矿地质钻探施工地层大多为砂泥岩,在钻进过程中,冲洗液固相含量较高、孔底净化困难,严重降低钻探施工进尺效率以及成孔质量.为了提高铀矿地质钻探的效率,改善孔底净化条件,设计和研制一种新型3翼单水口PDC(Polycrystalline Diamond Compac,聚晶金刚石复合片)钻头,通过数值模拟验证该钻头在结构与材料方面的可靠性;通过流体场模拟验证该钻头水路结构设计的合理性;通过现场4个钻孔试验,并与传统4翼多水口PDC钻头钻探指标进行对比,验证该钻头在实钻中能够更快在泥岩地层钻进,提高机械钻速约20%,且能预防较为严重的烧钻事故.新型3翼单水口PDC钻头在铀矿地质钻探中具有较强的适用性和推广应用价值.
Study on the Applicability of New Single Water Port PDC Drill Bit in Uranium Geological Drilling
The strata of uranium deposit in the northern region are mostly composed of sand and mudstone.In geological drilling,a large amount of solid components influx into the flushing fluid which seriously reduces the drilling efficiency and drilling quality.To overcome this problem,a new type of single nozzle PDC comprehensive drill bit was designed and its reliability was verified in terms of structure and materials through numerical simulation.Through on-site experimental research and comparison with traditional comprehensive drill bits,the new drill bit was verified faster in the actual drilling of mudstone formations,with the mechanical drilling speed by nearly 20%,and more preventable to serious drilling accidents.Therefore the new drill bit is of strong applicability in uranium geological drilling.
