A Method for Automatic Flight Line Splitting of Unattended Airborne Geophysical Survey Data
Airborne geophysical exploration is an important and efficient method for mineral exploration, which has always played an important role in the history of world mineral exploration.During airborne geophysical survey operations, the aircraft flies along the designed survey line in sequence. When unmanned airborne geophysical survey is carried out,the measurement data collected for each flight is recorded as a single file, subsequent data processing needs to be processed separately according to the designed survey network line.At present, manual line splitting is used, which has the shortcomings such as long time consumption and susceptible in mistakes. Therefore,a method of automatic line splitting was proposed.By setting a series of parameters such as yaw, speed, shortest measuring line, baseline length, sampling rate, etc.,the extremely short lines and short lines generated by turns, cross or along measuring lines, etc.would be removed. The proposed method can quickly and accurately separate measurement data according to the designed measuring line, which improved the work efficiency and reduced the workload of data processing.
