早产儿视网膜病变(retinopathy of prematurity,ROP)是一类发生于早产、低体质量儿的视网膜血管异常增殖性致盲眼病.目前,ROP发病机理尚不清楚.深入研究ROP病理生理变化和发病机制,并采取有效措施阻断这一过程,将有利于从根本上预防ROP或阻止ROP严重病变的发生.寻找可用于ROP诊断的潜在血清特异性标志物,可为ROP发病机制研究和临床试验奠定基础.本文对ROP血清代谢通路研究新进展进行综述.
Retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) is a vascular proliferative retinopathy with unmatured and low weight infants.At present,the pathogenesis of ROP is not clear.Therefore,thorough studying the pathophysiological changes and pathogenesis of ROP,and taking effective measures to block the process,will be helpful to prevent ROP or prevent the occurrence of severe ROP.Exploring the potential serum specific markers for diagnosing ROP can lay the foundation for the research of pathogenesis and clinical trials of ROP.This article reviews the research progress on serum metabonome of ROP.
