年龄相关性黄斑变性(AMD)是一种由多种因素引起的退行性疾病,是导致严重视力丧失的主要原因之一.孟德尔随机化(MR)使用遗传变异作为工具变量来检测和量化暴露与结局的因果关系,克服了观察性研究和随机对照试验的局限性.近年来,MR在AMD的病因推断研究中得到了广泛应用.本文对MR进行概述,总结了与AMD相关的MR研究,重点探讨不同风险因素与AMD发病之间的因果关系,为AMD的病因学研究和预防策略制定提供依据.
Application of Mendelian randomization analysis in age-related macular de-generation
Age-related macular degeneration(AMD)is a degenerative disease caused by multiple factors,and it is one of the leading causes of severe vision loss.Mendelian randomization(MR)uses genetic variation as an instrumental varia-ble to detect and quantify the causal relationship between exposure and outcomes,overcoming the limitations of observa-tional studies and randomized controlled trials.In recent years,MR has been widely used in the etiological inference of AMD.In this paper,MR studies related to AMD are summarized,focusing on the causal relationship between different risk factors and the onset of AMD,so as to provide a basis for the etiological research and prevention strategy development of AMD.
