Community Digital Governance:Strategies for Improving Decision Efficiency and Citizen Participation
Community governance,as the basic unit of the national governance system,plays an important role in promoting the modernization of national governance capabilities.Digital technology provides rich ways and means for community governance,and the integration of digital technology and community governance is a significant transformation of community governance models.This article explains the concepts of decision-making efficiency and public participation,clarifies the responsibilities of community entities in digital community governance,and lays a theoretical foundation for digital community governance.This article analyzes the current situation and exist-ing problems of decision-making efficiency and citizen participation in digital community governance,and explore strategies to improve decision-making efficiency and citizen participation in digital community governance from three dimensions:enriching the application channels of digital technology in community governance,using scientific decision-making methods to improve decision efficiency and utilize digital technology to expand public participation channels.
