Ways to Improve the Employment Quality of Undergraduates from the Perspective of Motivation Theory
Using the questionnaire analysis method,this article analyzes the present situation of undergraduates'employment expectation,employment psychology,employment preparation.From the perspective of dynamics theo-ry,it constructs a method to classify and guide different employment groups by stimulating the internal drive and enhancing the external drive of job hunting,which provides a new perspective and implementation path for impro-ving the high quality employment of undergraduates.
