摘要
新时代工科院校践行立德树人根本任务的过程中,存在家庭因素对学生思想状态的干预、学校德育状况、德育社会化冲击的影响等现实问题,这些主客观因素决定了工科院校践行立德树人根本任务的特殊性,需要探颐其经济动因、思想动因、社会动因和本体动因.为此,在加强社会主义教育强国建设的背景下,要调动德育系统工程的各方合力,可从搭建家庭作为德育的"第一课堂",突出学校德育过程的层次性,统合思政课程和课程思政的学科协同效应,加强思政课教师队伍的全面建设,发挥社会大课堂的德育效用等方面探究育人路径.
Abstract
In the process of carrying out the fundamental task of cultivating talents by virtue in the new era,there are practical problems such as the interference of family factors on students'ideological state,the situation of school moral education and the impact of moral education socialization.These subjective and objective factors deter-mine the particularity of the fundamental task of cultivating talents by virtue in engineering universities,and it is necessary to explore its economic,ideological,social and ontologic motivations.Therefore,under the background of strengthening the construction of a strong socialist education country,it is necessary to mobilize the joint efforts of all parties in the moral education system project,which can start from building family as the first classroom of moral education,highlighting the hierarchy of the school moral education process,integrating the ideological and political curriculum and the synergistic effect of the curriculum ideological and political disciplines,and strengthening the comprehensive construction of the ideological and political teachers.
