摘要

苦豆子,豆科槐属多年生草本植物,是一种传统的中草药,含有生物碱、黄酮、多糖、有机酸等活性成分,具有抑菌、抗炎、抗癌抗肿瘤、免疫调节等药理作用;苦豆子营养价值丰富,降低毒性后可作为优质的饲草资源应用于畜牧养殖业.本文就苦豆子药理及营养价值的研究进行归纳总结,阐述其生物学特性、活性成分生物碱及提取工艺、药理作用、饲用价值,对中草药苦豆子进行科学的论述,促进苦豆子资源的开发利用.

Abstract

Sophora alopecuroide,a perennial herb of Sophora genus,Leguminosae family,is a traditional Chinese herb containing active ingredients such as alkaloids,flavonoids,polysaccharides,organic acids,etc..It has pharma-cological effects such as antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,anti-cancer and anti-tumor,immunomodulation;bitter bean seed is rich in nutritional value and can be used as a high-quality forage resource for livestock breeding after reducing toxicity.This paper summarizes the research on the pharmacology and forage value of bitter bean seeds,describes its biological properties,active ingredient alkaloids and extraction process,pharmacological effects,and forage value,which provides a scientific discussion on bitter bean seeds,and promotes the development and utiliza-tion of bitter bean seed resources.
