摘要
对不同品种/系谷子干旱胁迫下的多个指标进行综合分析,为谷子抗旱机制提供理论依据,为谷子抗旱提供种质资源.以12 份不同品种/系谷子为试验材料,测定不同处理条件下生理指标,结合隶属函数分析、相关性分析和聚类分析对12 份谷子材料进行抗旱性综合评价.结果表明,不同品种/系谷子对单一指标抗旱应答响应水平不同,利用多个指标进行综合抗旱分析比较科学;依据抗旱性量度值,将12 个品种/系谷子抗旱性可分为三类,第一类为抗旱性强的品种豫谷18 和品系 155、312、244;第二类为抗旱性中等的品系134、154、185、230、239、273 和291;第三类为抗旱性弱的品系 199.研究证明,CAT、发芽率和生物重3 个指标与综合抗旱指数相关性较好,是鉴定谷子萌发期抗旱性的重要参考指标.
Abstract
Multiple indexes of different varieties/lines of foxtail millet under drought stress were comprehensively analyzed to provide theoretical basis for drought resistance mechanism and germplasm resources for drought resist-ance of foxtail millet.The physiological indexes of 12 varieties/lines of foxtail millet were measured under different treatment conditions,and the drought resistance of 12 varieties of millet was evaluated by membership function a-nalysis,correlation analysis and cluster analysis.The results showed that different varieties/lines of millet had dif-ferent levels of drought resistance to a single index.According to drought resistance measurement value,the drought resistance of 12 varieties/lines of foxtail millet could be divided into three categories.The first category was Yugu 18 and lines 155,312 and 244 with strong drought resistance.The second category was the medium drought resistance strains 134,154,185,230,239,273 and 291.The third category was strain 199 with weak drought resistance.The results showed that CAT,germination rate and biological weight had good correlation with comprehensive drought resistance index,and were important reference indexes for evaluating drought resistance of millet during germination.
