Ideological and political education,as an important way of establishing morality and cultivating people,is very important no matter what the background of the times is.All kinds of complicated information brought by the times of financial media have brought great changes to the audit work of Auditors.The change of working mode and working environment is both an opportunity and a challenge.This paper expounds the importance of ideological and political education in the media era to the improvement of auditor's professional accomplishment and ideological a-bility.This paper analyzes the present situation of the combination of ideological and political education and the de-velopment of media,and finally puts forward some suggestions and innovative models to improve the effect of ideo-logical and political education.
