The socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics is the result of the exploration of the rule of law un-der the leadership of the Communist Party of China over the past hundred years.It is a summary of the experience of political and legal governance from local governance in the revolutionary period to contemporary Chinese govern-ance.The history of the Party's leadership of the rule of law,especially the thirteen years of the CPC Central Com-mittee in Yan'an,contains rich elements of Shaanxi's Party history.These are not only reflected in the local rule of law construction and the experience of governing the Party according to regulations,but also reflected in the red legal process of Shaanxi Party history.Summarizing and condensing Shaanxi elements in the history of the rule of law of the Party leadership is helpful to understand the rule of law of contemporary China and expand the study of Shaanxi Party history.
