Review and Improvement of China's Ecological Compensation Evaluation System
Evaluation of ecological compensation is an important support for achieving the goals of ecological civili-zation construction,and it has formed some examples and local experiences in both rules and practice.However,the objectives,subjects,and objects of ecological compensation evaluation lack clear legal norms,and there are al-so strategic errors and lack of conditions in the practice of evaluation,which do not have an independent workflow.In this regard,reformers need to clarify the positioning and requirements of ecological compensation evaluation in legal norms,gradually enrich the development conditions and correct strategies for the assessment and evaluation,and build a practical system of ecological compensation evaluation with a holistic thinking.
