电动汽车锂电池SOC与SOP在线联合监测设计

考虑到电池荷电状态SOC和峰值功率SOP是影响电动汽车动力源锂电池的重要参数,设计了一款锂电池SOC与SOP在线联合监测器.系统以STC12C5A60S2 单片机作为主控制器,由电压、电流采集模块完成电动汽车电池工作状态信息的采集,经主控制器的分析与处理,完成电池荷电状态SOC、峰值功率SOP的在线估算,通过蓝牙技术、OLED显示模块及手机App模块的设计与应用,最终实现电池SOC与SOP的便携式在线联合监测功能.测试结果表明,该系统运行稳定,估算准确,为电动汽车锂电池的应用和推广提供了市场参考价值.
Design of Online Joint Monitoring of SOC and SOP for Lithium Battery in Electric Vehicles
Considering that the state of charge(SOC)and the peak power(SOP)are important parameters affect-ing the lithium battery power source of electric vehicles,an online joint monitoring device of SOC and SOP for lithi-um battery has been designed.The system uses the STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller as the main controller,and the voltage and current acquisition module completes the acquisition of the working status information of the electric ve-hicle battery.Through the analysis and processing by the main controller,the online estimation of SOC and peak power SOP is completed.By designing and applying Bluetooth technology,OLED display module,and mobile App module,the portable online joint monitoring function of battery SOC and SOP is ultimately realized.The results show that the system operates stably and the estimation is accurate,providing market reference for the application and promotion of lithium batteries in electric vehicles.
