According to Regulations of General Higher Education Library(No.14 of 2015),university libraries have fully integrated into the talent training system of the school,and provide a solid theoretical basis and practical basis for achieving the function of serving and educating students.There are both opportunities and challenges in the practice of volunteer service education in university libraries in the new era.This article briefly reviews the de-velopment process of volunteer services in university libraries in China.Through case studies and current situation analysis of volunteer services at home and abroad under the concept of integrated education,targeted improvement strategies and measures are proposed,aiming to further promote the in-depth development of talent cultivation in u-niversities.
