园艺植物生物技术实验课教学改革研究——以甘肃农业大学为例

"园艺植物生物技术实验课"是一门以生物生命科学理论为基础,通过实验操作将抽象的理论知识在实践中进行应用,使学生在基因、细胞等水平深入了解园艺植物的本质.通过园艺植物组织培养、分子标记、细胞培养与体细胞融合、基因克隆与遗传转化等实验内容,使学生掌握相关的操作技能.然而,在该课程的教育过程中发现学生的理论知识储备欠缺、抽象知识理解困难、对科学问题的自主探索性不足,因此提出了实验课程穿插于理论教学中,实验操作视频与理论知识动画同步,经课堂讨论和答疑、自设实验等教学方式增加师生互动,并通过设定实验考核指标,积极引导学生掌握该门课的操作技能,为产业乡村振兴发展与园艺种业芯片创新培养高质量的复合型人才.
Teaching Reform of Horticultural Plant Biotechnology Experiments——Taking Gansu Agricultural University as an Example
"Horticultural Plant Biotechnology Experiments"is a course based on the theory of biological life sci-ences,applying abstract theoretical knowledge in practice through experimental operations,allowing students to deeply understand the essence of horticultural plants at the genetic and cellular levels.Through experimental con-tent such as tissue culture of horticultural plants,molecular markers,cell culture and somatic cell fusion,gene clo-ning and genetic transformation,students master relevant operational skills.However,it has been found that students lack theoretical knowledge reserves,have difficulty understanding abstract knowledge,and lack independ-ent exploration of scientific issues during the education process of this course.Therefore,it is proposed to inter-sperse experimental courses with theoretical teaching,synchronize experimental operation videos with theoretical knowledge animations,increase teacher-student interaction through classroom discussions and Q&A,self-designed experiments,and other teaching methods,and actively guide students to master the operational skills of this course by setting experimental assessment indicators,cultivating high-quality interdisciplinary talents for the rural revital-ization and horticultural seed industry.
