Three Joint Training Models for Intelligent Talents Rooted in Service to Yulin
At present,Yulin's information industry faces prominent issues such as insufficient talent support,poor local high-quality technical services,and slow construction of intelligent talent teams.In response to the training needs of intelligent talents rooted in serving Yulin,this paper proposes three new joint talent training models of teaching-research joint,teacher-student joint,and school-enterprise joint.The model of"One Center,One Guid-ance,One Orientation,Two Focuses and Three Joint"is centering on high-quality talent training,guided by party building,oriented towards serving Yulin,focusing on moral education and professional construction,and made by joint efforts of teachers and students,school and enterprise,and education and research,which is dedicated to cul-tivating intelligent talents rooted in serving the local area of Yulin.This model promotes the development of talent training and scientific and technological innovation through resource sharing,complementary advantages,joint de-velopment,and mutual progress,which is of great significance for improving the quality of education,driving local economic development,and social progress.
