摘要
以《榆林学院学报》为研究对象,借助SWOT分析模型分析了《榆林学院学报》发展和生存的环境,通过发展现状的分析,提出要通过重视选题策划,开辟优势栏目;拓宽稿源渠道,吸引优质稿源;争取学校政策经费支持,增加经费来源渠道;更新传统出版模式,提升数字化出版能力;重视人才队伍建设,打造坚实的学术共同体等方法来提升学报办刊水平和学术影响力,这不仅是《榆林学院学报》的生存之道,也为其他地方高校学报高质量发展提供一定的借鉴.
Abstract
Taking the Journal of Yulin University as the research object,this paper uses the SWOT model to ana-lyze it development and survival environment.By analyzing the current development situation,it proposes that the level of journal management and academic influence should be improved by focusing on topic planning,creating ad-vantageous columns,expanding the source of manuscripts to attract high-quality arhicles,obtaining policy and finan-cial support from the school to increase funding sources;updating traditional publishing models to enhance digital publishing capabilities,and focusing on the construction of talent teams to build a solid academic community.This is not only the way for the survival of the Journal of Yulin University but also provides a reference for the high-quality development of other local university journals.
