Collaborative Education between Labor Education and Ideological and Political Education in Universities
Labor education and ideological and political education have an inherent logical connection in terms of goals,content,and methods,which is reflected in the unity and mutual promotion of educational goals,the cou-pling and appropriateness of educational content,and the complementarity of educational methods.The realization of collaborative education between labor education and ideological and political education in universities is of great practical significance for advancing Chinese modernization,improving the quality of workers,and achieving com-prehensive human development.To build a collaborative education mechanism between labor education and ideo-logical and political education in higher education,the following measures should be taken:first,integrate manage-ment and evaluation systems to exert the effect of collaborative education;second,integrate curriculum teaching re-sources to strengthen the effect of collaborative education;third,enrich the forms of collaborative education and promote it in various ways;fourth,establish an integrated education atmosphere to effectively promote collaborative education.
