摘要

地方高校作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,在高等教育服务教育强国中起着根本性作用.地方高校必须不断提高教师的教育教学能力,以满足教师职业发展的需求.针对地方高校教学评价体系不完善、激励机制不明确、个性化发展不足、教育教学理念更新滞后等问题,提出了以教师发展为本、不断创新教育教学理念、开展国际交流合作、建立健全激励机制、制定教师发展计划的提升路径,通过教师教育教学能力的不断提升,地方高校教育教学质量和人才培养质量也相应提高.

Abstract

As an important part of higher education in China,local universities play a fundamental role in serving the education of a powerful nation.Local universities must continuously improve the teaching ability of their teach-ers to meet the needs of professional development.In response to issues such as the imperfect teaching evaluation system,unclear incentive mechanisms,insufficient individualized development,and lagging updates in teaching concepts,this paper proposes a path for improvement that is centered on teacher development.This includes inno-vating teaching concepts,engaging in international exchanges and cooperation,establishing and improving incentive mechanisms,and formulating teacher development plans.Through the continuous enhancement of teaching abili-ties,the quality of teaching and learning and the quality of talent cultivation in local colleges and universities can be improved.
