数字普惠金融赋能农业新质生产力发展区域差异

摘要
基于2013～2022 年31 个省份面板数据,通过杜宾模型实证检验普惠金融创新对农业新质生产力发展影响的内在逻辑,运用Markov链估计方法深入分析数字普惠金融赋能农业新质生产力发展区域差异及其空间分布及动态演化规律.结果表明,从空间视角来看,普惠金融对农业高能耗产业实行"逆向控制",将两高产业"束之高阁",赋能农业产业结构升级优化,具有显著的"示范效应";普惠金融创新呈东高西低的阶梯发展格局,展现出省际差距逐渐收敛的趋势;从时间视角来看,数字普惠金融发展水平在T+1 期向农业新质生产力发展更高水平状态转移的趋势强劲.
Abstract
Based on panel data from 31 provinces from 2013 to 2022,this study empirically examines the intrinsic logic of how inclusive financial innovation influences the development of agricultural new quality productivity using the Durbin model.The Markov chain estimation method is employed to deeply analyze the regional disparities,spa-tial distribution,and dynamic evolution patterns of digital inclusive finance in empowering agricultural new quality productivity development.The results indicate that,from a spatial perspective,inclusive finance implements"re-verse control"on high-energy-consuming agricultural industries,"shelving"high-pollution and high-energy-con-sumption industries,thereby empowering the upgrading and optimization of the agricultural industrial structure with a notable"demonstration effect".The innovation in inclusive finance exhibits a ladder-like development pattern,higher in the east and lower in the west,showing a trend of gradual convergence in interprovincial disparities.From a temporal perspective,the development level of digital inclusive finance demonstrates a strong tendency to transi-tion toward higher levels of agricultural new quality productivity development in the T+1 period.
