Yb3+和Li+共掺杂CaF2的合作发光猝灭研究

用高温固相法制备CaF2:Yb3+样品,利用近红外光激发样品,观察到其中的3-Yb3+(由3个Yb3+构成的团簇)和2-Yb3+(由2个Yb3+构成的团簇)出现合作发光现象.向样品中掺杂Li+离子,随着Li+离子浓度的增加,样品中3-Yb3+和2-Yb2+团簇的合作发光先是持续增长,后又开始下降;由此得出掺杂Li+会导致3-Yb3+和2-Yb3+的团簇结构遭到破坏从而产生发光猝灭,这种发光猝灭属于新型的因发光中心发生变化而产生的静态猝灭.该结果对于提高CaF2激光材料发光效率方面具有较大的积极意义.
Study on Cooperative Luminescence Quenching of Yb3+ and Li+ Co-doped CaF2
The CaF2:Yb3+ sample was prepared by a high-temperature solid-state method,and the sample was excited by near-infrared light,and the 3-Yb3+(cluster composed of 3 Yb3+)and 2-Yb3+(cluster composed of 2 Yb3+)appeared cooperative lumines-cence phenomenon.Doping Li+into the sample,with the increase of Li+ concentration,the cooperative luminescence of 3-Yb3+ and 2-Yb3+ clusters in the sample first continued to increase,and then began to decline.It can be concluded that doping Li+will lead to the destruction of the structure of 3-Yb3+ and 2-Yb3+,resulting in luminescence quenching.This luminescence quenching belongs to the static quenching caused by the change of the luminescence center.This result has great positive significance for improving the lu-minous efficiency of CaF2 laser materials.
