Study on the Synthesis of Six-and Six-membered Nitrogen Heterocyclics by Bicyclization Reaction
Six-and six-membered nitrogen heterocyclics represented by isoquinoline, quinoline and naphthyridine are a large class of common fused heterocyclic compounds.Such derivatives have the activity of inhibiting MALT1,AKR1B1,bacterial topoi-somerase,and their synthesis is favored by chemists. In this paper, the application of the bicyclization reaction in the synthesis of six-and six-membered nitrogen heterocycles has been studied, which provides a new idea for the exploration of new methods for the synthesis of six-and six-membered nitrogen heterocycles.
