On Line Optimization of Continuous Casting Cutting Based on Lingo
Cutting is an important link in continuous casting production.The size of cutting loss and the proximity of the fin-ished billet length to the user's target value are important indicators of the quality of cutting process.According to the cutting process parameters of actual production and on the premise of meeting the basic requirements,the optimization mathematical model of con-tinuous casting cutting is established and solved by lingo software,the cutting scheme with minimum loss is obtained,and the design and optimization of continuous casting cutting are realized.
