摘要

基于物联网技术的护理智能化要求,设计并搭建实现智慧护理系统,包括输液监测系统和生命体征采集系统两部分.在流程再造基础上,输液监测系统在输液流速异常状态监测、剩余液体量测量、输液完成时间记录管理环节优化提升,生命体征采集系统减少使用测量设备种类、结果输入HIS系统时间缩短60%,为提高患者安全、降低护士工作强度提供支撑.通过物联网技术的应用,可以实时监测和管理护理过程中的关键环节,以提高工作效率.

Abstract

Based on Internet of things technology of the intelligence of nursing and design and build an intelligent nursing system,included two parts:infusion monitoring system and sign collection system.On the basis of process reengineering,the infusion monitoring system has been optimized and improved in the monitoring of abnormal infusion flow rate,measurement of remaining liquid volume,and recording and management of infusion completion time.The use of measuring equipment in the sign collection system has been reduced,and the time for inputting results into the HIS system has been shortened by 60%.This provides a foundation for improving patient safety and reducing the workload of nurses.Through the application of Internet of Things technology,key links in the nursing process can be monitored and managed in real time,improving work efficiency.
