摘要

随着我国老龄化的深入,老年人口比率不断上升.由于医疗资源的短缺,家庭和国家养老金的负担日益增加,老年慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的管理面临极其严峻的挑战.为了及时发现老年患者的CHF症状,采用智能远程CHF监护床垫用于老年CHF患者,通过将实时获取的患者体重、血氧饱和度、心率及生物电阻抗等参数,远程发送至监护人员的移动终端,并借助智能分析工具评估体液潴留的情况,协助临床医务人员了解CHF患者的情况,实现监测预警和及时干预,有效保证患者安全,提高医疗管理质量.

Abstract

With the deepening of China's aging,the rising proportion of the elderly population,the shortage of medical resources,the increasing burden of family and state pensions,the management of elderly patients with chronic heart failure will face extremely severe challenges,in order to timely detect the symptoms of heart failure in elderly patients,the use of intelligent remote heart failure monitoring mattress for the detection of heart failure in elderly patients,through real-time acquisition of the patient's weight,oxygen saturation,heart rate and bioelectrical impedance and other parameters,remotely sent to the mobile terminal of the guardian,through intelligent analysis,to ensure accuracy,remotely sent to the mobile terminal of the guardian,through intelligent analysis,to ensure accuracy efficient,convenient and objective means to assess fluid retention,assist medical staff to understand the clinical situation of heart failure patients,and achieve monitoring,early warning and timely intervention.assist medical staff to understand the clinical situation of heart failure patients,and achieve monitoring,early warning and timely intervention.
