摘要
目的 比较CT与MRI诊断直肠癌T分期和N分期的价值.方法 回顾性分析 2016年1月至2022年12月医院收治的80例直肠癌患者的临床资料.患者术前均进行CT与MRI检查,分析CT与MRI诊断直肠癌T分期和N分期与手术病理结果的符合率.结果 手术病理结果显示,80例患者中,T1、T2、T3、T4期分别为16、36、19、9例,NO、N1、N2期分别为41、28、11 例.MRI诊断直肠癌T分期和N分期与手术病理结果的符合率均高于CT,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 CT与MRI对直肠癌T分期和N分期均有一定的诊断价值,MRI的诊断结果与手术病理结果的符合率更高.
Abstract
Objective To compare the value of CT and MRI in diagnosing T stage and N stage of rectal cancer.Methods With the retrospective analysis of clinical data of 80 rectal cancer patients admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to December 2022,all patients underwent CT and MRI examinations before surgery,and the coincidence rate between CT and MRI diagnosis of T stage and N stage of rectal cancer and surgical pathological results was analyzed.Results The surgical and pathological results showed that among the 80 patients,there were 16,36,19,and 9 cases in T1,T2,T3,and T4 phases,and 41,28,and 11 cases in NO,N1,and N2 phases,respectively.The coincidence rate between MRI diagnosis of T stage and N stage of rectal cancer and surgical pathological results was higher than that of CT,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CT and MRI have certain diagnostic value for T and N staging of rectal cancer,and the diagnostic results of MRI have a higher coincidence rate with surgical and pathological results.
