The Application Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing Based on Multidisciplinary Collaboration in Patients with Total Knee Arthroplasty
Objective To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing based on multidisciplinary collaboration in patients with total knee arthroplasty. Methods With the retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 164 patients with total knee arthroplasty in hospitals from January 2019 to January 2022,and 86 patients who received routine care as the control group and 78 patients who received rapid rehabilitation care based on multidisciplinary collaboration as the observation group,10 related parameters such as patient characteristics and surgical features were included for 1‥1 matching,by using propensity score matching(PSM)for class randomization equalization.Finally,70 patients were included in each group. The knee function[assessed by the American Special Surgery Hospital Scoring System(HSS)]and postoperative activity of life[assessed by the Modified Barthel Index(MBI)],time to get out of bed,and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in HSS score 1 day before surgery between the two groups(P>0.05);The HSS scores of the observation group at 1 week,1 month,2 months, and 3 months after surgery were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative MBI score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the time of getting out of bed and hospitalization was shorter than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation nursing based on multidisciplinary collaboration can promote the recovery of knee joint function and activity of life in patients with total knee arthroplasty, and can shorten the time to get out of bed and stay in hospital after surgery.
