摘要
传递窗是内镜中心诊间与清洗消毒室传递洁、污内镜的常用工具.但由于诊间预定内镜时与清洗消毒室沟通上存在的不便利性,常出现清洗消毒室提供内镜不及时的情况.为解决此问题,该研究利用物联网技术构建了一种基于传递窗的内镜智能化取用系统.该系统包括需求获取模块、窗口预定模块、预定响应模块、取用反馈模块和状态调整模块,在内镜传递过程中实现了智能化信息交互,并可对整个内镜传递过程进行质量控制,提升了内镜使用率和诊间工作效率.
Abstract
With the transfer windows as a common tool for transmitting clean and dirty endoscopes between the endoscopy center and the cleaning and disinfection room,when booking endoscopes in the consultation room,due to the inconvenience in communication with the cleaning and disinfection room,there are often situations where the cleaning and disinfection room does not provide endoscopes in a timely manner.To address this issue,IoT technology was utilized in this study to construct an intelligent endoscopic access system based on transfer windows.The system which includes requirement acquisition module,window reservation module,reservation response module,access feedback module,and status adjustment module,realizes intelligent information exchange during the endoscopic transmission process and can control the quality of the entire endoscopic transmission process,improving the endoscopic utilization rate and diagnostic work efficiency.
