Objective To construct an evaluation index system for medical disposable protective clothing from the perspective of frontline clinical users,so as to provide reference for relevant departments or medical institutions to quickly evaluate and screen medical disposable protective clothing.Methods Based on the literature analysis method,the draft evaluation index system and expert consultation questionnaire for medical disposable protective clothing were formulated through expert interviews and group discussions.With the use of the Delphi method to determine the evaluation indicators and the Analytic Hierarchy Process to obtain the weights of each level of indicators,the consistency test of single ranking and overall ranking of indicator hierarchy was finally carried out.Results The final evaluation index system for disposable medical protective clothing includes 2 primary indicators and 14 secondary indicators;The subjective evaluation of a domestic brand of disposable medical protective clothing was conducted,and several suggestions were put forward by inviting infectious disease laboratory personnel with reference to the system.Conclusions The experts in the evaluation index system of medical disposable protective clothing have good enthusiasm,high participation and strong authority.With good scientificity and applicability,it can provide reference for objective,quantitative,and rapid evaluation of the performance and clinical applicability of different models of products.
