摘要
目的 探讨 9S管理结合色系管理在消毒供应中心外来医疗器械管理中的应用效果.方法 选取 2022 年 7 月至 2023 年 6 月医院的 1 000 个骨科手术外来医疗器械包作为研究对象.将 2022 年 7-12 月的 500 个外来医疗器械包作为对照组,采用传统色系管理;将2023 年 1-6 月的 500 个外来医疗器械包作为观察组,采用 9S管理结合色系管理.比较两组未按时送洗、反洗、湿包、指示卡漏放发生率,器械装载耗时、包装整理耗时、无菌发放耗时,以及 9S管理结合色系管理实施前后护理人员对器械及植入物的认知、器械整理与封包技能考核成绩.结果 观察组未按时送洗、反洗、湿包、指示卡漏放发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组器械装载耗时、包装整理耗时、无菌发放耗时均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).实施9S管理结合色系管理后,护理人员对器械及植入物的认知、器械整理与封包技能考核成绩均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 实施 9S管理结合色系管理后,消毒供应中心外来医疗器械的接收、清点、打包、发放流程更加标准化、规范化、科学化.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of 9S management combined with color management in the management of external medical devices in disinfection supply centers.Methods With the selection of 1000 external medical equipment packages for orthopedic surgeries from hospitals from June 2022 to June 2023 as the research subjects and 500 external medical device packages from July to December 2022 as the control group with traditional color scheme management,and 500 external medical device packages from January to June 2023 as the observation group with 9S management combined with color management,the incidence of delayed washing,backwashing,wet packaging,and missing indicator cards,the time required for instrument loading,packaging and sorting,and sterile distribution,as well as the recognition of instruments and implants by nursing staff before and after the implementation of 9S management combined with color management,and the assessment results of instrument sorting and packaging skills were compared in two groups.Results The incidence of delayed washing,backwashing,wet packaging,and missed indicator cards in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The loading time,packaging and sorting time,and sterile distribution time of the observation group were all shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation of 9S management combined with color management,nursing staff's understanding for instruments and implants,as well as their assessment scores in instrument organization and packaging skills,were higher than before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After implementing 9S management combined with color management,the receiving,counting,packaging,and distribution process of external medical devices in the disinfection supply center has become more standardized,standardized,and scientific.
