腕踝针对腰椎管狭窄症行UBE术后疼痛的临床研究

目的 探讨腕踝针对腰椎管狭窄症(LSS)行单侧双通道内镜技术(UBE)术后疼痛的临床效果.方法 选取 2022 年 2 月至 2023 年 1 月于医院接受UBE治疗的 60 例LSS患者,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(30 例)与观察组(30 例).对照组行常规护理干预,观察组基于常规护理,行腕踝针干预,两组均干预7 d.对比两组术后疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、腰椎功能[Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)]及生活质量[生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOL-74)].结果 干预 7 d,观察组VAS评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访3个月,观察组ODI评分较对照组低,GQOL-74各维度评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 UBE术后LSS患者采用腕踝针干预,可减轻疼痛程度,改善腰椎功能,提升生活质量.
The Clinical Study on Pain after UBE Surgery for Lumbar Spinal Stenosis Using Wrist-Ankle Acupuncture
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture on pain after unilateral biportal endoscopic technique(UBE)for lumbar spinal stenosis(LSS).Methods With the selection of sixty LSS patients underwent UBE surgery in hospitals from February 2022 to January 2023,they were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the observation group(30 cases),by using the random number table method;The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received wrist-ankle acupuncture intervention based on routine nursing;Postoperative pain level[Visual analogue scale(VAS)],lumbar function[Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)]and quality of life[GQOL-74]were compared between the two groups.Results After 7 days of intervention,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 3 months of follow-up,the ODI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the GQOL-74 scores in all dimensions were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion After UBE surgery,wrist-ankle acupuncture intervention can alleviate pain,improve lumbar function,and enhance quality of life for LSS patients.
