2023年四川省放射卫生技术服务机构现况调查与分析

目的 了解四川省放射卫生技术服务机构基本情况,为提高放射卫生技术服务机构的服务质量及资源优化提供依据,持续推动四川省放射卫生高质量发展.方法 采用问卷调查及查阅文献的方法对四川省内放射卫生技术服务机构现状进行调查.结果 截至2023 年 9 月,四川省内放射卫生技术服务机构共 35 家,其中公立机构 18 家(51.4%,其中疾控机构15家),民营机构17家(48.6%);成都市19家(占全省54.3%),德阳市4家,绵阳市2家,雅安、达州、遂宁等10个市各1家,其余8个市(州)无放射卫生技术服务机构.全省专业技术人员共303名,其中具有高级职称110人(36.3%),中级职称86人(28.4%),初级职称及以下 107 人(35.3%);放射卫生及医学相关专业人数仅 194 人(64.0%).放射卫生检测设备或模体共875台(套).结论 四川省放射卫生技术服务机构地区分布严重不均,大部分机构位于成都市,市(州)资源匮乏.建议各市(州)加强能力提升,增加资源投入和人员培养;专业技术人员中,放射卫生及医学相关专业人数比例不高,建议加强对人员的培训,提升机构总体技术实力.
The Survey and Analysis of the Current Situation of Radiation Health Technology Service Institutions in Sichuan Province in 2023
Objective To master the basic situation of radiation health technology service institutions in Sichuan Province,provide a basis for improving the service quality and resource optimization of radiation health technology service institutions,and continuously promote the high-quality development of radiation health in Sichuan Province.Methods The method of questionnaire survey and literature review was used to investigate the current situation of radiation health technology service institutions in Sichuan Province.Results As of September 2023,there were a total of 35 radiation health technology service institutions in Sichuan Province,included 18 public institutions(accounted for 51.4%,included 15 disease control institutions)and 17 private institutions(accounted for 48.6%).In terms of region,there were 19 institutions in Chengdu(accounted for 54.3%of the province),4 institutions in Deyang,2 institutions in Mianyang,and 1 institution in each of 10 cities including Ya'an,Dazhou,and Suining.The remaining 8 cities(prefecture)do not have any radiation health technology service institutions.There were 303 professional and technical personnel in the province,included 110 with senior professional titles(36.3%),86 with medium-grade professional title(28.4%),and 107 with junior professional titles or below(35.3%).The number of professionals in radiation health and medical related fields was only 194(64.0%).A total of 875 sets of radiation health testing equipment or models.Conclusions The distribution of radiation health technology service institutions in Sichuan Province is severely uneven,with most institutions located in Chengdu and scarce resources in cities(prefectures).It is suggested that all cities(prefectures)strengthen capacity improvement,increase resource input and personnel training;Among the professional and technical personnel,the proportion of radiation health and medical related professionals is not high.It is suggested to strengthen the training of personnel and improve the overall technical quality of the institution.
