The Construction and Application of Evaluation Index System for Medical Consumables Suppliers
Objective To further standardize the assessment and evaluation of medical consumables suppliers,ensure the supply of medical consumables in hospitals,and establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system for medical consumables suppliers.Methods The Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of consultation with 18 experts from inside or outside the hospital to determine evaluation indicators,and the Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to calculate the weights of the evaluation indicators.Results Through two rounds of expert consultation,the evaluation index system for medical consumables suppliers,included four primary indicators and 18 secondary indicators,was successfully determined.The actual application effect showed that after applying the evaluation index system,the acceptance pass rate and ticket accuracy rate of 48 suture suppliers in hospitals were higher than before application,and the delivery cycle and order response time were shorter than before application,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion With scientificity and rationality,the evaluation index system can help hospitals manage medical consumables suppliers and conduct quantitative evaluations,indicating that it is an effective management tool.
