The Clinical Application Value of 3.0T Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Staging Diagnosis of Liver Cancer Patients
Objective To analyze the clinical application value of 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging in the staging diagnosis of liver cancer patients.Methods With the retrospective analysis of clinical data of 76 liver cancer patients admitted to the hospital from March 2021 to March 2022,all patients were diagnosed through postoperative pathological examination and underwent 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging before surgery.With postoperative pathological results as the gold standard,the diagnostic accuracy of 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging in staging and classification of liver cancer patients was statistically analyzed,and the consistency of its diagnostic results with the gold standard was analyzed.In addition,the apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)of the lesion liver area and the normal liver area in patients with different b values were compared.Results The diagnostic results of 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging showed that there were 29,19,18,6,and 4 patients with liver cancer in stages T1,T2,T3,T4a,and T4b,respectively,with a diagnostic accuracy of 86.84%,which was consistent with the postoperative pathological results(Kappa=0.912,P=0.000);The number of patients with blocky liver cancer,nodular liver cancer,small liver cancer,and diffuse liver cancer was 27,25,17,and 7,respectively,with a diagnostic accuracy of 88.16%,which was consistent with postoperative pathological results(Kappa=0.903,P=0.000).When b=300 s/mm2 and b=800 s/mm2,the ADC in the lesion liver area was smaller than that in the normal liver area,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging can accurately diagnose the staging and classification of liver cancer,and the diagnostic results are highly consistent with postoperative pathological results,which can provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
