With the exploration of full cycle cost management methods for medical consumables to effectively promote the high-quality development of public hospitals,the combination of government supervision and hospital control was innovatively combined,and the consumables supervision and evaluation group and the consumables special evaluation group were established at the government and hospital levels,respectively,in this study.The government supervises and manages the cost control of consumables in public hospitals from both horizontal and vertical perspectives,in order to formulate deeper consumables management policies and improve the level of consumables management in medical institutions by setting benchmarks and forming demonstrations.With the proportion of consumables as the starting point in public hospitals,the management of medical consumables was analyzed through multi-dimensional and multi-level practical management.In addition,tailored guidance and rectification were proposed to achieve full cycle management of consumables costs,effectively enhance the hospital's awareness of cost control,effectively reduce the proportion of consumables,and improve the level of medical consumables cost management.The top-down,all-round and in-depth full-cycle management of medical consumables cost not only ensures the smooth implementation of national policies,but also realizes the high-quality development of public hospitals and the improvement of patient satisfaction.
