为提高病理诊断与临床诊断的符合率,设计一种可调光放大无影观察灯.该观察灯采用高亮度发光二极管(LED)自然光作为光源,运用脉宽调制(PWM)调光器进行电子调光,主要构成包括发光系统、光学放大镜、PWM调光器、电子镇流器、磨砂放散光灯罩、万向鹅颈管等.经实际应用证明,该观察灯设计合理、操作简单、安全性好、无交叉污染,将其应用在病理组织包埋中,可全方位多角度观察且选材准确,有利于提高病理诊断率.
The Design of a Dimmable Magnifying Shadowless Observation Lamp and its Application in Pathological Tissue Embedding
To improve the consistency between pathological diagnosis and clinical diagnosis,a dimmable magnifying shadowless observation lamp was designed.With the use of high brightness light-emitting diode(LED)natural light as the light source,this observation lamp used a pulse width modulation(PWM)dimmer for electronic dimming,mainly consisting of a luminous system,optical magnifying glass,PWM dimmer,electronic ballast,matte diffuser lampshade,universal gooseneck,etc.Through practical application,it has been proven that the design of the observation lamp is reasonable,the operation is simple,the safety is good,and there is no cross contamination.Applied in pathological tissue embedding,it can observe from all angles and angles and the selection of materials is accurate,which is conducive to improving the pathological diagnosis rate.
