The Design and Application of An Improved Micro-Mesh Atomizer
In this study,an improved micro-mesh atomizer was designed,which is small in size and easy to carry,and has the characteristics of low noise operation of ultrasonic atomizers and small particle diameter of air compression atomizers.With full consideration of potential issues that may arise during use in the design phase of this atomizer,through the design of an oblique cup bottom for the atomizing cup,the setting of the cleaning mode,and the use of vibrating screen mesh atomization mesh for the micro-mesh nozzle,the shortcomings of the current micro mesh atomizers on the market,such as large residual liquid,easy blockage of atomization mesh,high heat generation effect,and small atomization particle diameter,have been overcome.Based on user experience feedback,it has been proven that the improved micro-mesh atomizer is convenient to use and has complete functions.
